    ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE

    CIVIL ENGINEER

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and oversee daily accounts receivable activities.
    • Prepare and send invoices to clients.
    • Track and resolve any billing discrepancies.
    • Process incoming payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
    • Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment inquiries.
    • Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close.
    • Generate financial reports related to receivables.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
     
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related business  course is a plus.
    • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Billing is preferred.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage bidding processes, including:
    • Coordinating and negotiating with subcontractors
    • Preparing and completing BPS documents
    • Attending pre-bid conferences via MS Teams
    • Occasionally joining site inspection when site engineers are unavailable
    • Assisting estimators with BPS preparation for in-house projects
    • Ensuring all commercial and technical bidding documents are accurate before submission
    • Handle multiple bid submission simultaneously and perform well under pressure with minimal supervision
    • Work efficiently with MS Excel, Word, and basic PDF editing tools
    • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and supervisors
    • Maintain a positive attitude and help foster good teamwork within the engineering department
     
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD.
    • Excellent communication and analytical abilities are essential.
